Emily woke up to the sunlight with Adrian next to her. She quietly got out of the bed of moss and went to the entrance of the warriors den. In a few days I'm going to have to be away from camp for the night. But I expect that some of the DarkClan pokemon will be doing it as well. I'm just worried because of that shadow fire that somehow appeared around me the other day. Thought Emily. Then, Audre padded over to her.
"You okay?" He asked. "You seem worried."

"I'm worried about the new moon night," said Emily. Audre nodded.

"How come?" He asked.

"Well, the other day Adrian and I went to DarkClan. Bladestar tested us by battling us with members of the clan. Then, when I battled her black flames surrounded me in a circle. They were shadow flames. When I made them stop Bladestar came over to me and said that the flames show me that my dark side is stronger. If that's true it scares me of what might happen," said Emily. Audre's eyes were widened with fear as he remembered the dream from StarClan.

"Are you okay?" Asked Emily.

"Something's worrying me. When I went to the Moonpond I had dream. I believe it's about you. But I don't know and I can't say anything about it right now. Just be careful and weary of your-" he stopped. "Just be careful."

Emily looked at him.

"I'll try to stay safe. Don't worry," she whispered into his ear. He nodded and smiled a weak smile before padding into the medicine den. Emily went on a hunting patrol that day and kept her mind off the night for the next few days.

A few days later...

Gardevoir, Violetfur, and Audre walked over to Emily and Adrian. The sun was setting.

"Good luck tonight. Try to stay safe and try not to do anything bad," said Gardevoir.

"Try to stay safe," said Violetfur. Emily looked at Audre.

"Why aren't you coming?" She asked.

"My special connection with StarClan keeps me from changing. Me being able to control when it happens helps to," said Audre.

"Okay. See you in the morning," said Adrian. Audre rested his head on Adrian's shoulder.

"Goodbye," he said before resting his head on Emily's shoulder. "Goodbye. Stay safe. See you in the morning. I hope." He whispered. Then, he stepped back. Emily and Adrian did a nod for goodbye before running off. They stopped by a tree.

"I guess we separate here," said Adrian.

"Yeah," said Emily. Then, they went separate ways not knowing what kind of night lied ahead of them.
