Hello:
I do like the action and you clearly know how to draw as you can do foreshortenings and keep panels organized, which is not easy!. But story-wise? I don't understand a thing, this page does not look like a page1, like some info is missing, if maybe a small introduction like someone (the bear) is going to some place talking about payback... or something. Just my opinion.

The bear is just a side character that gets beaten after thinking he can beat anybody in the city. ( like the robot champ Yama at the beginning of Big Hero 6) Ha-ha
He's one of those characters that comes, then goes.
The panel techniques and effects came from reading Manga, and reading a little advice from art books on manga! I try not to make my characters look like manga, but it does anyway.
