Commission for WolfyWolff ! I had a lot if fun drawing this character, what a cute design c: (This is indeed supposed to be a Smeargle, but the character is pretty stylized and I drew it more like a dog in the first place to fit my style, which is why it may not look like one)I don't know if the background is good, let me know if it needs changes! The background is stunning and shows how far away it is by not having so many details. I love how it greys as it gets farther from the center.
