Now that I have the energy to actually type something this morning... xD

ArtIII 4th 6 weeks Sketchbook Assignment 1.

I have gotten HOOKED, as in HOOK, LINE, AND SINKER hooked on Young Justice. Aesthetically, the animation and the character designs are beautifully executed, and the plot is something to consider as well. This is one of the only times when I have loved all of the characters this equally; they are all too adorable! I can't wait for Friday to come around for EPISODE 5!!!! AHHHHHH!

So, basically I have been so enthralled by this series that I just HAD to draw fanart. I don't really know how my art teacher will react to this, but I put a lot of work into it, so hopefully I'll receive a decent grade if not a great one. ;-; I tried to stay as true to the style of the animation as I possibly could (and believe me, that wasn't the difficult part!) so that it was at least distinguishable from my own drawing style, but they're just so similar that she might accuse me of drawing anime. xD

I had the most fun coloring Superboy since he only consisted of about 4-5 colors (skin, blue, and 3 shades of gray). : 3 The most difficult was Ms. Martian; trying to shade her skin when my greens were on two totally different spectrums proved to be quite an obstacle. x__x

CRITIQUE WOULD BE APPRECIATED! If you have any tips on using Copics, I would love that too!
