I actually was thinking about that some... What if all your characters slept together in a pile? Like in the Lion King, where grown Simba was the outside, Pumbaa was in the middle and Timon was tucked in under Simba's paw... I couldn't find the exact picture but this is when Simba was young with them: [link]
