Yep, Handplates fanart! Handplates is just such a great comic. The writing is god-tier, the art is fantastic, and the artist behind the comic is a huge inspiration for me! Thanks for existing, zarla !

I’m nervous about the bottom right panel, because I don’t actually know if that moment is canon to Handplates. If it’s not, oh well, guess it’s just Zarla fanart now

Now to the actual drawing. I’m so proud of this, more than almost everything else I’ve drawn. I really like how the shading turned turned out. It was really difficult in some panels. I had to be a bit weird in a few spots with the actual coloring, but I think it turned out pretty good overall. I like the backgrounds, too. The Judgement Hall was hard to draw, but I think(god I hope) it came out okay, for my first try. I used the same brush on this as I did on that vent drawing a little while ago, and I think I’m getting better with it.

Also, Gaster’s head was so difficult. I thought it’d be easy. God, I was wrong. It might just be because I have no idea what I’m doing, but yeah. Not only is he a jerk, but he’s difficult to draw! What does Gaster get out of this??? Although all the skeles are hard to draw(cough cough PAPYRUS’S HEAD).
