Reminds me of Kevyn Aucoin's make-up work which is a huge compliment just in case you've never seen his work on celebrities. Particularly when he made up i believe it was gwyneth paltrow as clark gable. Beautiful job!

Augh! Saw this one off random and just had to post something. Added as a fav. due to a childhood love of the Addams Family.
I freely admit being well fooled by the masculine nature, at least until radar kicked in somewhat with a picture study and revealed you as female.
Such a well done shot, brilliant execution in lighting, clothing texture on the mark, dress, makeup and expression. Portray of a masculine, yet lovable character...so plain but brought to light so well.

this is so awesome. i did a much less realistic shot of a female with a mustache, but it was more stylistic. this one is very convincing, and also very sexy. i love it! definitely one of the better "favorites" on DA.

this is just fabulous. Do you know the artist Cindy Sherman? she does this sort of thing, but not real characters. She did one of her dressed as her father. Great lighting, great shot, and very very sexy.

I usually avoid commenting on self portraits as so many people on DA post them so much (other than for an ID) and well, it starts to make you think people are more vain than you would want to believe. But this is art in every form. From the fashion to the makeup to the composure and the highlights and shadows.... this is just a wonderful piece. Congrats on the well deserved DD!!!
