Emperor Ghidorah was one of the proposed Kaijus/Movie concepts for the sixth Heisei era Godzilla movie. Emperor Ghidorah would have been like the Showa Ghidorah, being a three headed space dragon and not the result of genetically engineered pets from the future taken to the past to be doused in radiation so that they'd morph together into the King Ghidorah everyone's familiar with. This idea was turned down and we would end up getting Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla instead.

As far as I'm aware there's no available concept art of Emperor Ghidorah that's out there so I decided to try my hand at imagining what Emperor Ghidorah would have looked like. I wanted him to stand more up right and sport fur around the top part of their necks and a beard to give them some semblance of implied regal appearance because of his name having Emperor in it. I also gave him arms under the impression that Emperor Ghidorah would likely have had some obvious design difference from King Ghidorah in the same way Monster X/Keizer Ghidorah has their own uniqueness that tells them apart from King Ghidorah, this is also why Emperor Ghidorah was given 4 wings with the bigger ones being a call back to when King Ghidorah was originally blue and had those types of wings
