Why should there be the "dich" with a capital D? Isn't it only used that way in invitation letters? (At least that's what I have learned)

Obwohl sich das Plakat an die Allgemeinheit richtet, ist der Imperativ hier persönlich gemeint. Und aus Wertschätzung, Verbundenheit werden in der persönlichen Anrede Personal-, Reflexiv- und Possessivpronomen groß geschrieben.
