While visiting San Francisco again, Rusty and Razortooth decide that the lake by the Palace of Fine Arts is a nice place to take a dip and float around in the water. Them being two animals, a grizzly bear and an alligator, rarely seen outside of their natural environment, or a zoo, they get a lot of attention from those visiting this beautiful park! 8DThe Palace of Fine Arts was built in 1915 for the Panama Pacific World Exposition to celebrate the building of the Panama Canal, which is thousands of miles away, but San Francisco used it to show the world that the city was fully rebuilt and nicely put back together after the great Earthquake of 1906.

If I ever visit San Francisco myself I'm going to have to visit the Palace of Fine Arts just because it's a beautiful work of architecture, though obviously here Rusty and Razortooth have drawn the crowd's attention. I guess Rusty's too relaxed to be bothered by an audience and Razortooth is a little flustered but I wonder if they'd be a little worried if they knew what the cameras were focused on, though hopefully there aren't any beavers lurking in the water.

It's funny that the cameras are focused on their paws, though Rusty especially doesn't mind his being photographed anyway. Luckily for them both, I know of no beavers out in this lake, but they'll both get plenty of paw tickles in the future, they're irresistible! 8D
