I bet even the Fearsome Five would tremble in fear by Taurus Bulba's robotic improvements. I mean, we are talking about a major villain who drastically changed Darkwing Duck's personal life. And in a way, he's the answer to Batman's Bane.

Yeah thats how I see this version. Bane never really gets credit for being really smart.

Yeah, and in some Batman stories, Bane figured out all by himself that Batman is really Bruce Wayne.
Anyway, unlike most other Darkwing Duck villains, Taurus Bulba was definitely the most dangerous of them all. And I can definitely see this Taurus Bulba incarnation being so dangerous to the point that Darkwing Duck would need the help of the Fearsome Five to defeat him. And surprisingly, four of the Fearsome Five would help Darkwing Duck, as Taurus Bulba gained some new enemies when he tried to overthrow and kill Negaduck; Negaduck had to escape from Taurus Bulba, as he was heavily outmatched by Bulba's overwhelming power. But this also meant that Negaduck's partners had to fend for themselves during his absence.
Unfortunately, even with the Fearsome Five's assistance, Taurus Bulba would be more than powerful enough to crush Megavolt, Quackerjack, Bushroot, and Liquidator with very little effort; this pretty much leaves Darkwing Duck and Negaduck being the only ones who can stop him, but they'll have to put their differences aside if they're ever going to stand a chance.

Darkwing does have the Justice ducks to help him so he my not need to team up with the Fearsome Five

True. I'm just thinking that since Taurus Bulba drastically changed Darkwing Duck's life, maybe he could have an impact on Negaduck's life as well. Basically, Taurus Bulba would not be a threat to just the Justice Ducks alone, but also the Fearsome Five, as Taurus Bulba would consider Negaduck to be his enemy as well; Bulba is a crime lord, and overthrowing the other criminal competitors who dare to oppose his reign would surely be part of his ambition.
This would basically be like a season finale type of ordeal, where two different teams (good and bad) would have to put their differences aside to defeat a single powerful foe who can easily wipe them all out in a one-on-one fight. And once Taurus Bulba is finally defeated, Negaduck would give up his life of crime in an attempt to redeem himself; he'd change from being a villain, to an anti-hero, even if his actions are still less honorable than Darkwing Duck's; this would also cause the other Fearsome Five members to give up their criminal ways, giving them all a chance to make up for all the wrongs that they've done before the Taurus Bulba incident.

I can see that or Negaduck just stays out of the way and lets those two fight. Then he can just pick off who's left in a weakened state

That's also possible, but during the conflict, Negaduck could come to realize that his life would become very hollow if Darkwing Duck perishes (something that he never thought of before his first confrontation with Taurus Bulba), and he would have no choice but to join the fight. Negaduck may also feel that if anyone is going to defeat Darkwing Duck, it should be him alone (sort of like with Wolf O'Donnell's rivalry with Fox McCloud).

Taurus Bulba was once the head of organized crime in St. Canard, controlling a vast network of underlings that gave him near unlimited access to the city's infrastructure. Even after his imprisonment, Taurus was still able to control his empire from the comfort of his private cell. In his own words, "It's peaceful. No one bothers me. In fact, it suits my business needs quite nicely." Taurus' ultimate undoing came when his men succeeded in stealing the Ramrod, an anti-gravity weapon created for the military by the late Professor Cyrus Waddlemeyer. Believing Cyrus' granddaughter might know how to operate the device, Taurus sent his men to retrieve her from the local orphanage, only for them to be thwarted in their efforts by Darkwing Duck, who had been informed of the Ramrod's theft and had taken it upon himself to keep young Gosalyn Waddlemeyer safe. Deciding to take things into his own hooves, Taurus broke out of jail and faced Darkwing himself, only for the caped canard to cause the Ramrod to overload and thusly explode, destroying Taurus' lair and seemingly killing him.
What no one could have known was that agents of F.O.W.L. had spirited Taurus' body away from the sight of the explosion within hours of the incident. Drifting in and out of consciousness over the course of a year, Taurus found himself the subject of F.O.W.L.'s scientists' greatest experiment to date as they replaced his damaged body parts with cutting edge robotics, armed with enough weaponry to decimate entire armies. F.O.W.L. high command believed Taurus would be grateful for his life being saved, but hadn't counted on his objecting to being turned into what he saw as a mockery of the man he once was. In a fit blind rage, Taurus destroyed the lab and went on a one-cyborg rampage, vowing his revenge on F.O.W.L. and on Darkwing Duck!
