Try to add a little more detail in the iris of the eye with some different shades of blue... Same with the eyebrow, but with brown. And try to make the image itself look a lot smoother. Other than that, it's really good for a first attempt

The smudge tool. It depends on what part of the picture I'm smudging as to what size I smudge. I usually have the opacity on about 50.
