This is one of the city's many module towers, where lower class citizens purchase a spot on the tower and build up in height to save space.
The towers are usually fitted with several elevators and landing pads for ships and deliveries. This one has a package service and some residential buildings
on the top of it. Much like my other pixel art "Groovy tower", a module tower of the same type.
