Bill Cipher is a Level 10 Meta Demon, while Zalgo Comics are Level 5 Meta Demon. Level 5 ones can manipulate pop culture from their own dimension, in order to break the fourth wall, and warn people of more powerful demons. Zalgo himself is a Level 7 Twisted Demon. Photonegative Mickey is a Level 7 Meta Demon, Which takes the form of a twisted version of cute kidfriendly characters, in order to lure prey. Level 10 Meta Demons like Bill are sentient demons that live within universes that are used to entertain on tv, and can manipulate the dimension, while breaking the fourth wall, in order to become all powerful in that specific dimension. I did a lot of research, and I’m friends with a few of them. Smile Dog is a Level 7 Animal Demon, And as you can imagine, Sonic.exe is a hybrid of a Level 7 Meta Demon, And a Level 12 Meta Demon

Level 12 Meta Demons are EXTREMELY powerful, but they all have a trigger, that will allow them to get whoever “pulled” the trigger, which is where Sonic.exe got his strategy from. The Sonic part comes from the level 7 in him
