Yeah, no Idea how this feels... but I bet it's more comfortable than a pony would feel if it would hang like this.

Well, yeah, I would think that it would be considerably more painful for a pony who's had a tree branch driven through their leg, making a hole that wasn't there normally, and then hung from it so that all of their body weight is being held up by that one hole.
