I never bothered watching the movie (the german dub sucks bad, I say!), but the plot seemed interesting to me.

It's ok as far as Dreamworks movies go - not the best, but certainly not the worst. I just loved it because I grew up on old 1950s monster movies, which Monsters vs Aliens plays heavily on. ^^

Man, I think everyone in the world wants a Night Fury! I gave the dvd to my mum to watch when I was last home and she was flipping hilarious watching it. Every few minutes she'd whimper 'Is... Is Toothless going to die?? ;_; ' SO out of character for her.
