Her face doesn't look manly - look at her eyes and make-up. They indicate femininity.
Also, she's not breastless, per se. Her ensemble doesn't fit tightly. It hangs. You can see where it comes out where her chest is and then hangs.

I've known guys with more feminine features than that. Also I don't see where the chest comes out any farther than a male's does, the robe isn't that loose.
Geez I haven't been mean about I'm just saying it looks like a guy to me. Why am I being beat down for my opinion. Plus it could be male or female artist didn't say, so people stop correcting me if you don't know it for sure either. Please I don't need unwanted drama, mind you (because you can't hear tones on the net) I am not being whiny or mean.

Because of the make-up, I assume it's a girl. The character generally looks female to me, too.

A couple months ago, I created a character for my story...
AND SHE LOOKS VERY SIMILAR LIKE HER.
The long, long hair
the crown, and the dress.
So I was pretty shocked when I saw her.
But I still like it!

That floating disk is ridiculously cool. Not only does it add a nice surreal quality to the design, but it ties in nicely with the bishop's hat she's wearing (because I'm thinking that it looks a bit like a corona).
