Again, what attracted me to this piece was the katana, but I was also intrigued by the armor - or rather, the lack of it - on the torso. I suppose that this means the samurai is confident in that he can strike first before anyone else (hence precluding the need for armor in that area), but I also imagine it facilitates the committing of seppuku.

This kind of skill is inhuman.
One little comment though. The sword on the right is usually drawn with the left hand.
