dont worry about it, just keep drawing. they will come to you on their own without you consciously chase after them. Focus on making the main idea, the bigger idea.

if this is an elephant anthro, the helmet seems a little... off.
I think it's too thin, and no mechanism to account for the trunk or tusks.
