Kicking off the returning series for Angels/demons, here is the 1st sketch for Samael, pretty happy with the overall direction of the design for now, will come back to sketch smaller details to finish it off later on this week or weekend.Βtheme is poison here. obviously =]

OMG....even the pre sketches you do are so beautiful. My people always look so squiggly in the pre sketches. But, damn that looks amazing. I love the idea if using the thorns as horns on him. Genius!
