The end of the tail looks like The end of It's tail off of Resident Evil 4 (I hate that monster.... I have more trouble killing It than I do Saddler and he's the end boss!)

The tail is my favorite part of this. The bladed split end is a really nice idea. I love all the skulls and blades hanging from it, and the fact that it appears to be wearing armor :3 This thing must be creepy as Hell to hear coming toward you Oo Wonderful work!

try using references to study with. get a photo of silver to look at when you draw silver, etc.

Looking at this picture in retrospect of almost a whole year, I realized I never once saw that figure of a woman on the horn until just now. I'd always fullview detailed work like this, always looking over the detail, always, but to miss something like this? I feel shamed.
