Ozymandias, Gilgamesh, Lancer Cu cuhlainn... Archer EMIYA that is what I see xD about males it varies time to time on Fate!
I don't remember exactly when was but Emiya Shirou too, there are many fanarts with his version of "muramasa" and those craft essences "limited zero over" and "projection magecraft" outfits!
Simmilar characters like astolfo (cute little boys) are ko-gilgamesh, alexander, andersen but well their popularity varies xD
Every time a new character is released most of artist try yo draw only that new character till other appears and is an infinite cycle... so yeah basically the most popular is only Astolfo xD currently is Abigail Williams so...and Hokusai xD
Popular all the time are Tamamo, Mashu, Artoria, Jeanne... well I hope it helped xD It's really difficult say a definitive answer!
(well with anime it's the same, recently the most popular character was another trap called "Kanzaki Hideri" from anime Blend S, but now is slowly...getting forgotten .. xD is becoming increasingly common these "fleeting artists" who only seek to make fanart of the moment and then delete it...Yuri on Ice is still quite popular huh xD
