Tara was in the market for a new computer. Luckily for her, the town that Tara lived in still had a computer store that she could go visit! The downside, is that she had a charity ball that night, and she needed to be there early.

As Tara walked around the computer store, she decided that maybe be bound and gagged while shopping for a new computer wasn't the best idea she ever had. She can't ask questions, can't use the devices, can't really do anything! All she can do is look at them and see what catches her eye for a return visit.

In traditional R-World, all women over the age of 18 must be restrained in some way, shape, or form when outside the house (and sometimes even in it!). This is a personal modification of that universe where instead of all women being restrained, instead women may choose to be restrained. Another modification is that men may also choose to be restrained. Lastly, there are no norms on clothing. People may wear what they wish in most situations.
