Paint is another function already downloaded into the comp
You've gotta download Paint.net from the internet >.> (i did it cause PAINT SUCKS DX and it was free XP)

It's fairly simple, actually. At the bottom of each page is an "edit" button. Click on it on the page you want to place your link, and the way you should enter your new link should be fairly obvious when you compare it to the other, existing links. Enter your link and save the result - and you are done.
