One of my role play characters, Eisuke, still needed a design a good year after i made him. i'll upload a better descrip later, but for now:

scarf was based off of ~Raivology 's scarf

The belts are belts that i own, but my sister wears them like that.

The stuff around him is "God's code". It lets him change reality around him, though due to his lack of skill, it's never permanent.
