I really like the colors and the overall concept. My favorite part is probably the background which is beautifully rendered and thought out. I could barely even recognize your forest stock image you used. You took that image and nailed making it your own and made it enjoyable to look at.
The only thing I would say that needs work is the difference between the face/hair compared to the body. While you did a beautiful job on creating a new face for your character, it doesn't quite match up with the rest of her body. I would draw over the rest of her dress and arms and give them a more painted look like you did with her face e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

That may have been the wrong term to use. Her face seems more smooth and more like it was digitally painted over and/or smoothed out rather than 100% realistic, just more clean and not as porous as most people's faces. I was thinking originally just to use the smudge tool delicately over the other spots so that they look smooth like that. You could also just use a skin texture brush over her face a bit and see if that helps even it out too so you wouldn't have to do that. If you want to go ambitious with it and paint over the whole thing it would take more time and you may not get the photomanipulation look you were going for.
Personally my favorite digital painting tutorials for people are from Sakimichan. Here is the tutorial section of their gallery (There are 2 pages):

Do you have any drawn works or paintings of yours that I can look at? I'm still learning myself, but I can teach you what I've learned.
