Description
Yes more of little me from many years ago. behind me is the BR 52322 locomotive. Again at Carnforth, Lancashire.No. 52322 is a Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway class 27 0-6-0. Out of the 484 built, this is the only one left in preservation.
BR 52322, started life as 1896-built L&YR number 1300 (later LMS 12322 and BR 52322) has survived and is preserved at the Embsay & Bolton Abbey Steam Railway .
Carnforth Railway Centre closed in 1997, with all stock sold, and the rest abandoned to the elements.
Edit: 3/4/18: I find out, the locomotive is currently on loan at the East Lancashire Railway from the Ribble Steam Railway.

I love the look of these things, their stout compactness, but not overly condensed.
Plus anything that can wear L&Y black is gorgeous already.

I just realized something: James is from the L&YR, and among the cities that transverse it were Wigan, Blackpool and Preston. They are key cities in the Wallace and Gromit world.

Yes indeed.
James is based off of the L&YR Class 28, all were scrapped. They are a rebuild of the Class 27 with a Belpaire Firebox, extended footplate, front sand boxes, bigger cylinders and a superheater. [63 rebuilt from the Class 27, and 20 were new-builds.]
This locomotive behind me is the only surviving Class 27.
So yes, I met 'Daffy', James's older brother.
James also had bigger wheels 5'6'' compared to the regular 5'1'' on the Class 27 and 28.

I learnt, he was just the face of things and just following orders, and that what he put, was not the worst scenario but, still pretty bad.

Killed Dr.Beeching then, hunted and killed each of the members on the committee which ordered him to do these activities and actions.
