A lioness walked through the green Pride Lands.
"Finally my young cub, were here."
She had been traveling for weeks just to reach the pride lands. It was her only hope. The warm sun was starting to set over the lands. Making everything have a warm glow.
Then she saw it. The tall rock!

The lioness walked up and made it to the stop. Only to be stopped by a large lion.
"Hello there, are you alright?"
"Are you King Simba?" The lioness asked.
"Yes." Simba responded.
The lioness put down her young cub.
"My name is Tanga. I'm looking for help. I'm from the desert oasis kingdom across the bad lands. My king fell to illness and my mate I have not seen. My pride has all died because a male lion took over. A month later he passed." She said hurriedly.
"Oh my! Thats horrible I'm sorry for your loss." Simba said but before he said more Tanga spoke again.
"I'm not going to live long my majesty. My cub, Kion Gozi is the next in line. He was the chosen one. He must go back once he's older to take his place and start the pride over." She said eagerly.
"I don't understand, are you sick? Starving? I can get you something to eat?" Simba said "and what about your cub what do you want me to do?"
"Raise him to be a king to go back to the desert. Please your my last hope." She picked up her cub again and stretched forward.
The cub mewed and looked simba in his eyes. Simba reached forward and took the cub. "Alright, I can do it for you and your pride."
Tanga let out a gasp of joy and nuzzled her cub, "thank you."
She looked at her cub, "I love you my little Kion."
They were her last words before she fell and closed her eyes on the spot.

My version of Kion. He looks nothing like Simba and Nala so I made his slightly adopted. He grows up knowing there not his parents and what he has to do as next king.
That my versions and there no such thing as the lion guard in the show but more like a group of lions that watch the boarders.
Welp, here's my Kion. I wonder who the dad is. :/
