Relax Doodle tonight! I really love them! I love the fact that Mewtwo was created by combination of Mewβs gene and Human's gene? (not sure)
Recently I draw more Pokemon fanart somehow.

I know he was created from a fossilized Mew in the anime, in the manga, I am not sure if that is true again, but I know Blaine uses some of his DNA to create Mewtwo to he is kinda part human :3

XD Mewtwo's like: "I'm gonna kil- wait.... w-why are you looking at me? Could it be I was wrong all along? That you're here to tell me that the circumstances of one's birth doesn't change whether or not a person is... real?" (looks at mew believing they're super profound and wise)
Mew: *boops his nose* "Teehee!" *flies away as fast as possible* (wasn't listening at all just wanted to poke him in the nose and runaway like the innocent kid/prankster they are)
And thus Mewtwo learns a valuable life lesson. Don't take life too seriously... also some people just really aren't that bright. lol Β Β

I don't think there were human genes involved. Mewtwo was genetically engineered starting from Mew's DNA.

In the Manga that was true, Blaine put some from himself due to not having enough of Mew's to complete it or something like that. However in the games and Anime, all they say in regards to what he was made from is Mew itself and years of genetic engineering and horrific Gene splicing. It doesn't really say if any cells other than Mew's were involved, though I recall it saying his DNA is very similar to Mew's, so I doubt it. If you read the Journals in the Pokemon Mansion, apparently Mew is Mewtwo's parent as well since the journals say Mew gave birth to Mewtwo, Mewtwo's birthday is Feburary 6.

Oh year I forgot about that. I looked up some Pok&eactue;dex entries:
RB/X: It was created by a scientist after years of horrific gene splicing and DNA engineering experiments.
Yel: Its DNA is almost the same as Mew's. However, its size and disposition are vastly different.
DPP/BW/Y: A PokΓ©mon created by recombining Mew's genes. It's said to have the most savage heart among PokΓ©mon.
I don't think there's anything to say that human genes were added, but on the other hand it doesn't say they weren't. I guess Kusaka added his own twist to the story to develop the plot further.

Well it does the DNA is almost the same as Mew's and also says it went under engineering and splicing, so I feel it leans more on it wasn't. Then again, Pokemon tends to leave things vague, explaining it just enough that things make since but not giving exact details. Still never explained whatΒ happens to the Pokemon when in the ball, so it's not out of the question at all.
