Considering how many times we see this character either half-naked or in way too tiny outfits, this awesome piece is a welcome change. She has such a determined look on her face, looks like a really interesting version of the character.

Your artwork is very good, excellent quality, and you demonstrate an excellent ability. However, I can't say that I like this design; she just appears WAY too androgynous for my taste. The whole point is that she's SuperGIRL, and it's pretty hard to tell here. It's OK if one's into androgynous women, but I guess I'm just too old-fashioned...

Excellent work first off. I did a design like this for a Superman costume a bit ago myself. I mean a lot of similarities costume wise. I know my drawing style is not on par with yours just saying. lol. Excellent work once more.

Hehe... still real nice Mike! Sir, a quick question. Was the clean dynamic style of yours something you have chosen and decided to do even way abck when you started? Or did you ever played along the lines of heavy rendered or textured lineworks in comic art? I always wonder if styles of artist were evolved within the same general style.. or does poeple jump in no particular pattern?

This, this would get me to respect the Character for the first time in my life. she looks like a Woman rather than her previous incarnation, a rich-girl model who thinks she can beat up guys with her boobs and Gwen-Stacy-like Plastic Features.
The most Feminist Supergirl I've ever seen, and a credit to the Superheroine Genre.

i actually enjoy the lack of "cheesecake" to the character.for once she doesnt have a skirt so short that if she dropped a dollar she better leave it there
