Found the picture on the internet (Gelbooru), probably made by Gary's Mod. Motivator generator by bighugelabs.Simple maths by me.
Kudos to whoever made this.
To clarify; The character is the Scout from Team Fortress 2, using a technique called "Vault of Babylon" from Fate/Stay Night, and is calling out the 'Final Release' or 'ultimate attack form' of the soul-cutter swords (Zanpakuto) from Bleach.

I was just thinking of what the scouts bonkai might be, and then I stumbled across this picture. Fairly close to what I thought might look like, but I was thinking more along the lines of pancakes...
