HonestDragonChina stole the photo from Victorian Maiden's website: [link] a few years ago. So yes, it's the same dress from the picture in brown plaid instead of the black gingham. Victorian Maiden also released it in solid colors. If you were wanting to buy the dress from HonestDragonChina, I do NOT recommend them: ebay Lolita replicas are typically horrible, HDC's especially.

I bought mine from a private seller in this community: [link] There are also really good seamstresses there who can make replicas: they're a little more expensive than ebay, but MUCH better quality, so the money you spend won't be a waste.
