I know it's not much, but this is my take of Combatron, with this [link] as my reference. I just defined some of his features a bit.

For those who are not familiar of this particular character, he was the protagonist of a comic segment of a local magazine, Funny Komiks, entitled Combatron. He was especially famous among kids during the late 80s to mid 90s, one of which was yours truly. I know he has striking resemblance with Japan's Rockman but I learned of Combatron first before the latter. Many 90s kid from the Philippines who read the comics would probably tell you the same.
