It's almost ironic how this contest came about as we just started playing Final Fantasy XIII last week! Lightning is an amazing character and I didn't think I'd like her at first but I've really grown to love her.

I designed this costume with inspiration from Lightning's Crystarium flower, I thought it'd be befitting to call it "Crystarosa" as a sort of combination of Crystarium and Rose/Rosa. I used the swallowblade as a new weapon for her because she uses something like it when she summons Odin in XIII.

I really love the rose in itself, so I used it throughout the theme of the costume, also using it as the main adornment on her coronet (I love coronets/crowns/etc).

Overall, I had a lot of fun designing this costume and I hope I followed the guidelines alright. ; 7 ; And I also hope it was alright to use the logo!
