I did it! I made a double update!
Now some may be asking why? The reason is we are at the point of no return on the slow burn, this is officially the final slow burn page! And with the 2nd anniversary (wow its been 2 years almost holy moly) coming up, I wanted to end this year with the end of the slow burn. Its time to get into the big stuff. Time to really get rolling, and hopefully move on to get to the big stuffs!
Thanks for everyone who's been on this journey for me. I hope you enjoy the fun lil talking and chill time in this page. Lotsa talking, a lot of team talk, but I think its pretty important to do that. (Plus we haven't had that in a whiiiillllle aka ever soooooo better do it now than never!)

Hnnngghhh chaotic teams I'm SO here for. Bitter cherry boy even more so 💗 he's trying his best just like everybody else! This chaotic dynamic takes on a different meaning after the page I just read (in oreburgh cave, though I've yet to comment on it) so I'm very very excited to see where it goes!

the writing is really good in this page btw! i love seeing how the team dynamic is shaping up and there's a lot of really good and subtle character building!!

Oh my gosh I'm cracking up at the river scene! How is Pitticus able to outswim Tala with his stubby little legs!? He's even going upstream Tala, come on! lmao
Pit steals the show in this page. He spits mean truths but can be a good friend at the same time-- the realest of Tala's team. I love all the ways he tried to help Vulcan, especially the kindling idea. Lilac's a good bean as usual and Vulcan's gonna break my heart. I don't want him to go but the cynic in me is saying it's inevitable.
Page-wise this update's pretty good considering how huge it is. Shading on the characters has gotten better but I'd tone down the blur on the background. For example, the panel where Tala and Pit come out of the river looked had me thinking they were float-walking off the water's edge when it was actually the grass.

I'm really glad! He certainly had the most depth
to him out of the pokemon. Everyone else be like
"Pit you can't just ask a pokemon that!" I had a ton
of fun with the helping out scene. I'm glad you like the other two
but i guess we will see about Vulcan's fate whatever that may be.

I both wanna make them clear but also time is always a big factor.
But To be honest that one panel, I was a very big dumb and messed up
that one so that was more my bad. XD

Really nice to see the team interacting! They have a really interesting dynamic, and I love the depth added to Pit's character here, the attempts to help Vulcan with his fire is so cute! And Lilac calling Pit rotten berry just oh my god. these kids are so good please don't let anything bad happen to them
As always, the backgrounds and colours are absolutely gorgeous eye candy!! Super excited to see where their journey is heading next!
