wait so if you made this on photoshop, how were you able to create an animated img? did you just like set up all of the layers of frames in order than "save as" the image as an img or what?

I found out that there's a feature on photoshop called "timeline", which I found to essentially be a flipbook. I take all the layers I've drawn in order and them convert them into frames. Then tweaked the timing and drawings so that it'd run smoothly. Afterwards I found that I could choose to either export the frames into a video, or simply preview the animation as a GIF on a web browser and save that as a file.
