Oh, it's a Chaka (or Charka) a unique Indian weapon that's basicly a thin steel ring. It the same weapon that Xena, the warrior princess has.

thanks, I was going to do more, you know, add some characters, and background, but first I wanted to make sure that the main part of your request was right. I never drew and Mongoose before. That Sari (or Saree) was a bit a bit tough.
