As an abstract shot this works really well, the lines of the architecture are nicely captured and the framing is almost spot on. Looking in the top left hand corner though, there is a small white triangle of light which just seems to make the framing seem slightly off in that respect.

In terms of the focus of the image, the structure, I feel you've captured this well but could do with a little more clarity and a little less over exposure just to highlight the darker bits a little. In the lower part of the image the railings are quite lost against the bright white.
