I'm not a LOTR fan, or a Legolas-shipper (I thought Aragorn was more attractive...); so either what I think is more valuble due to a lack of bias, or less valuable due to lack of expertise--but I like it. Especially the eyes. You should up the contrast a bit and crop off the bowed edges, but really, it's very good. You have a knack for shading that you show off here nicely.
