I've been neglecting to post my photography lately. It's not because i've been too busy either. I just haven't considered posting anything. I have pictures from my photography class I could post, baby pictures for my Aunt, photos from an EP shoot, etc. But, in any case, here is a self portrait for everyone.photography & edit (c) me

First off I like the main colour stemming from that vibrant red quiff peeking out from the hat. Not sure if the expression is pensive but the eyes suggest not. The mundanity of the background here for me, throws out the skin tones as the next impactful sight to the hair. I feel it's a bit risky as it could bore the viewer. I like that the jawline and the resting hand deliniate a similar angle and curve. The T shirt for me distracts and adds nothing to what, in my opinion; should be a vehicle for your image. So a plain warm, complimentary backdrop with a plain contrast T shirt and a simple stool or crouch pose with good lighting would serve you better I think. The hair is brilliant here and it's the trick in the image for me
