Description
WUT IS THIS. This is me trying a different head angle and shading with this weird brush I found in this cool brushpack I got for photoshop. c:(you can find the brushes here~[link] )
Anyway... I wasn't sure whether or not to upload this, since, as you can see... it's not really creative or anything. XD But I don't upload art nearly enough, so... I tend to just upload everything.
So yus. Have a picture to look at for a few seconds. c:

Thank you for your critique! You are right about the nose- It's just surprisingly hard to find a reference for a wolf (or dog in general) from this angle. So I wasn't quite sure.. XD But thank you for your critique! I'm glad you like this piece!

Thank you! ^^ And the screentones? Well, actually I have cs5 extended... but! It is in fact part of a downloadable brush kit here on dA. You can download it here- [link]
And there you can find a few different screentone brushes. But, another idea, if you search "screentone brushes" here on dA you could probably find even more and better ones... but I still recommend downloading the set I linked you to above, it is really a great set. ^^

Thank you! And with a few refs, I'm sure you can! Once you know the basic head angles, the more complicated ones become much easier than if you do not know how to draw the basic angles- (front, side, 3/4, back).. it really does just take practice. I know everyone says that, but it's true. Practice everyday and observe and you can draw anything.
