I used to play Wot a lot, but now i play Warthunder for the time being. I play it on max settings and it's beautiful to the point I've got over 1000 screenshots and will very soon increase when they add the new graphics engine.

I play War Thunder as well. But not as much as before. I love the Air Forces, but the Ground Forces simply lack dynamic gameplay, plus the playerbase is technically unsatisfactory for me. Filled with arrogant pricks who spread hate for other games wherever they go, as well as discriminate those with low-end PCs, mine included. I play lots of Armored Warfare right now, an upcoming game, which is technically a bigger threat to WOT than WT GF could be. xD
Don't get me wrong, I do not turn the foliage off and I still run the game on as high settings as possible, but it ends up looking like pixelated puke considering my PC is more than 5 years old. Instead of being amazed, a good portion of the WT playerbase express disgust for people with low end PCs such as myself, which does not really play well on how I view the playerbase as a whole.

Oh god the Warthunder player base, sure after my 5 years on WOT you get the typiclly people who say "hackers" and "cheaters," but that's just becasue they either suck or just just angry really easy, but oh god on Warthunder the chat turns into a war zone, there is just too many people with their heads up their ass in it. I'm probaly the rare Warthunder player who is nice.
But there is too much to say whats wrong with the devs, they take the Russian bias to a new level and any comments you post about what is wrong with the game are deleted and you are blocked for a day, it's stupid.
The main reason i play WT is the realism (That's if people turn the grass on). Driving a tank is not smooth what so ever and it's always hard to do, plus playing on realistic makes games more intense because there is no symbol of where a tank is you have to use your brain and find them your self, that's if your team isn't ramming your tank every 30 seconds, plus you have to know the velocity of your gun so you can aim it correctly else your dead. But it's pure tank warfare, one hit your dead or badly damaged or if lucky it bounces. Warthunder is more on the realism of tank warfare, whereas WOT takes a more arcade approach and it's easy for first time players to get a hang of it fast plus it's point and shot because all the aiming of the gun elevation is done for you.

Well, that us true. Filled with so many arrogant pricks, and isolationists. I mean, according to the veteran players, the only way to get reliable teammates or to actually have a good conversation with people is to join a squadron. The rest are pretty much silent, or if they do chat, it's via the automated chat options in WT. "Going to land repeat! Going to land!" Crashes on the runway. -__- I ask for help, someone says, "Affirmative!", no one helps. :/
Well, yes that. Plus a lot of people or WT Addicks as I call them get offended if WT is bad mouthed, but if another game is bad mouthed, it's perfectly fine. You could talk about other games in the WT chat and forums, as long as they are about negativity, but talking about them in a positive way is a big no for the mods. I got Chatbanned simply by mentioning Armored Warfare is a great game.
I don't really regard the Realistic mode in WT as realistic. Third person view of a tank does not appeal for me in terms of Realism. Also, the one shot gameplay makes a lot of people scared to push forward. Most people simply camp and wait for targets. So yeah, gameplay is not usually dynamic, battles usually end up as campfests wherein who pushes to the objectives first dies first. I found WT GF to be very easy, as compared to Armored Warfare, World of Tanks, and even Red Orchestra Heroes of Stalingrad. (Yes, that game also has tanks) Besides... I don't find battles between a T54 and a Maus to be realistic xD LOL WOT is an arcade, it never claimed itself to be a Realistic Tank Simulator, unlike WT. But unlike WT, WOT and even AW stays true to what they are. If you want to see a more Realistic Tank Simulator, try out the tanks of the Red Orchestra Franchise. xD
In WT GF, I just feel as if it is a point and click engagement. And those who use planes tend to get more RP than those who stick to the GF purely. I also do not see any notable Teamwork awards with members of your team... Killing gains you more than assisting and damaging. >.>

I freaking love Red Orchestra, i think i played over 1000 hours on it mostly in tanks because it's so fun and really gets the blood pumping, plus it's first person. I also play Steel Amour: Blaze of War and that is about as realistic tank warfare will get in a game, it's scary, but so fun and addicting. Haha, i can totally relate, you ask for help and no one comes to help becsaue their spending all their time camping and complaining why the team is not moving, that's just a common day on Warthunder...
It's funny though, every game i am always the one running around the map doing all the objectives and dodging shells from people who don't know their tanks what so ever, and then i get called a noob and an idiot for some reason, they also say to me that i'm not pushing up. Then i look at the map, all my team is still at spawn, that really pisses me off. But when i get my 3 freinds together and start using teamwork, we just roll over the enemy team, because they are all idiots. Also players are very greedy, very greedy.
I have been in many Warthunder competitions and won 2 with FuFu and they were really fun because every team uses tactics and it's really fun.
I think i might get back on Wot before i loss my mind.

Well, indeed they are. ^^ Those are some truly realistic tank games. And well, everybody is afraid to get one shotted. lol
And yeah, I tried to go for objectives at first. But I ended up dying a lot without support from my team. So I decided to camp as well. xD I even camped an objective one time and wiped out the entire team, including their respawn vehicles. xD I even got Tankman, the 100 kills achievement, in less than 10 games of WT GF. xD
Well, that is a competition.
Well, just be weary, WOT has it's own hair pulling moments. ^^" All MMOs have those. XD

Plus map design of Warthunder maps are horrible. They try to be "Historical" but there far from it, nearly 80% of tank action during ww2 was in large open spaces with hardly any cover to speak of.
But don't get me started when Wot says they are "historical," because that is the biggest lie i heard of, plus they can't even get the paper panzers right, the version of the Jagdpanzer E-100 is not the one which the Nazi's drew up in 1943.

Well, yeah xD Some of the spawn points in WT are also so close to each other that you could snipe anybody who comes out directly from it. And I don't really see as tanks spawning into thin air as realistic nor spawn camping as a legitimate strategy. As most WT players would say.
And well, they never claimed to be a hyper realistic simulator.
But for me, a truly realistic game would have to be Red orchestra. xD No more questions asked nor said. xD

You forget that you started with "criticizing" the story itself. Every argument you gave, I gave a decent enough response. And yet, you refuse to listen to them nor acknowledge them as evident with your responses of ignoring a lot of them. And you also failed to understand that this is a mere recruitment poster to gather more support for this comic, while giving a small teaser of what it holds. But the story is still under development and is still bring worked on. I could not count the number of times I stated that, but your thick headed-ness decided to ignore those.
The reason why I gave special emphasis on "Criticizing", cause a critique is a logical and knowledgeable judgement of something, a professional judgement. Not what you did. So you were not criticizing, you originally bashed the storyline then proceeded to find every loophole and anything else you could bash within the deviation. Including the quality of the artworks itself. Highly unprofessional.
And I gave that same response to another person for he was trying to bring down the story much like you did. I gave him a decent enough reply with proof to back up with his first comment, but he proceeded to comment negativity again after I hid his first comment considering I deemed it out of place. You just did what you said I was trying to do. All you did was to get the last word in a losing argument you started by simply bashing something that you disliked in the first place. By your first comment down below, you clearly started with ill intentions for you disliked the Theme of this story to begin with.
A clearly idiotic response, and your kind is definitely not welcome here or any other associated group within this coalition. I tried to give you explanations and answered your every rebuttal, but you refused to acknowledge my responses and opted to ignore them.
You only came here to simply bash this upcoming story, and other people clearly see it as well. You've always came back to respond in this deviation despite you stating over and over again that you are done with it, and I also told you to simply leave if you dislike this story, yet you refused and you kept on going like an idiot. You criticize everything you could from this story, then the deviation, even down to the quality of the deviation without thinking of what you are even saying. The UN is there for peace, but of course, how would you know the reasons why if you never let this story fly

Equestria seems pretty capable of taking care of themselves and ensuring their own peace without the UN being involved.
But also, the idea that the UN is a peace organization is empty propaganda. The UN is an organization that basically ensures the interest of the six world powers are always carried out in the rest of the world. It's an organization that basically exists to keep the six word powers in power, and to prevent any other nations from ever having the kind of power that those six nations have.
Equestria would be 100% against the UN on principle because it's an organization that exists to maintain a status quo of inequality between nations. That's why they'd never allow the UN into Equestria. Not unless the UN made some MAJOR changes to its policies and structure first.

Yeah, and they have issues with changelings, vicious creatures, dark entities, Tirek, and even upcoming dictators. And not to mention, they are pretty biased to one another and the races are not truly united, but divided among themselves. Hence why they are currently trying to unify Equestria in the real Canon universe. They also have a somewhat useless military presence who, by the looks of it, are just there for decorative purposes. (Royal Guards, Wonderbolts, etc. )
And well, I am not sure about that. I for one have seen positive efforts from the UN in my nation, the Philippines. Considering we rely on them a lot given the major issues plaguing us currently.
However, as stated, this is for the development of a possible story involving a UN faction in Equestria, but the UN here is not entirely the same as the UN in real life. This is just a somewhat different version of the UN, but bearing the same banner and name. However, that still does not prevent this UN from having other motives which would not be seen as good in the eyes of many. Not all factions could be perfect.
And again, this is a different UN which runs slightly different compared to the one in real life. It is heavily inspired by the one in real life though, but a lot of aspects are still subject to changes cause again, this story is still developing and is being put out there piece by piece.
Anyways, with that behind us, if you dislike the UN, then kindly stay away from this deviation or any other deviation related thereof. If you wish to bring this story down before it even starts, bear in mind that this is being worked upon by a number of different individuals, so you would technically not only bring one individual down, but a group of individuals down, as well as the projects of three different DA groups.

Oh no, this is not a human military in Equestria. We are striving to stick more closely to Canon, by simply adding a new faction. And well, the video games are just to serve as some inspirations for this story.
Well, as you can see, these are being tackled within the show right now. Unification, but there are also still some problems within Equestrian Society, like by how the different races view one another. Hence why Starlight is trying to push for Equality cause she feels there is none. And Again, this UN is run differently compared to what we have in real life, although they may also have their own shortcomings which would come in the story and would soon be developed as the story goes on.
That still did not prevent the ponies from discriminating her at first. They also tend to discriminate other races as well, like when Dash said gryphons are nothing but selfish jerks, or during the Heartswarming episode wherein the three pony races were fighting each other, and the episode wherein the dragons laugh at the thought of ponies being leaders, etc.
And regarding that issue, the UN also has magic at it disposal, but they merged these with standard weapons to make for a truly lethal result. Decades of war and development have granted the UN access to the most advanced technology in the entire world, from vast arsenals of superweapons capable of destroying entire cities in one hit, to multiple spy satellites to grant them all around views of the world. They also have various magic blocking technologies, with some specific variants being developed to block even Alicorn magic. But those are still in development. Also, the sticks and spears the RGs use are not just for show, they could also cause harm, same goes for bullets and shells. Equestria may be more magically oriented, but the UN have Advanced technology merged with some magical capabilities at their disposal. And there is also another faction which poses a huge threat to Equestria, but that is yet to come.
Again, this is not a human faction, it is still sticking close to what we have in the Canon verse of the MLP FIM show.
And well, how could you know when you know so little about this story to make an accurate judgement of it. And regarding your last statements, I am open to criticism, both negative and positive, hence why I am striving to get as much people involved to help straighten out the storyline. However, right now, you have barely any knowledge of this story to make an accurate depiction or criticism of it. We're still in the conceptual stage and we're working on this story bit by bit, nothing much to criticize here. And comparing this story to others is not really good considering we are striving to make this one unique in a sense while merging a lot of the different aspects of the show and it's fandom.
A lot of what makes up this story was formulated by yours truly more than two years ago. Long before the previous two seasons of MLP aired, and now, a lot of the supposed plans I've got to put into this story is appearing in the show itself. So right now, I am trying my best to coordinate with a lot of other people to bring this story out as quick as possible. If you are willing to actually help out, then be our guest. We would gladly have you on board to give more criticism about the story when you hear more of it. That is if you are interested in it.
