The 50mm is really awesome!
I like the bokeh here and how you've emphasised the vintage take of this piece with the various objects, the colours, etc.
The atmosphere is great and the composition isn't bad either. I do feel that the focus is slightly off, but other than that, it's a lovely piece of still life.

and you're right, the focus is off, it should've been on the lens, but I was so enamored with experimenting with the lens (and the camera itself) in the end I was down to two images and had to pick either better image or better focus and the image won.

Yeah, a 50mm was the first non-kit lens I ever bought, and it has never let me down.

It's definitely my new favorite. I have a few different zoom lenses so I'll admit the fixed lens has thrown me off a few times, but I used it for a boudoir shoot Friday and ugh, best photos I've done!
