Cute! It looks a lot like him!
Of course... if you ever needed inspiration, you should feel free to draw Petrey. I'd like that. <3

The real Ozzy is quite the roman nosed beastie himself, lol! This is only slightly exaggerated! Hahaha And I mean it in the best possible way, I think Roman-nosed ponies are cute ^^

OK, if you say so... I'm not really fond of roman-noses, too used to looking at Arabs.

I think you should go see my Oz. I hate Roman noses, but his has grown on me.

Ah, but roman noses go with standardbreds, part and parcel of the breed and somehow seems to fit them as it does walking horses. Just goes with the body type.

I've had some pretty dish-faced standardbreds come through here. I've never seen so much variety within one breed. This is a standie too: [link]

Actually, walkers have that, too, since some were crossed with the Peavine and Bourbon saddlebred lines which are noted for their almost Arabian type head like certain old Thoroughbred lines. Lovely mare!

The standardbreds are thoroughbred-Morgan down the line. Some of them are downright dainty. Then there are big mooseheads who are 17hh with huge Roman noses. It's funny.

Walkers and saddlebreds have the same dichotomy. There was a thoroughbred at the race track my mother nicknamed the camel as he was ewe-necked, roman nosed, steep croup, not a handsome horse at all. However, he could sure run. Needless to say, he was a gelding. Despite his looks, he usually won everything he was entered in and was never out of the top 3. A sure bet in my mother's ladys' day at the track wagering. I think I would have waited on gelding him although it was probably done pretty young given his looks and only bred him in the back 40. Phenotype and genotype don't necessarily have anything to do with each other.
