Sorry, nope. He's just Dadflower. 
I had never read your stories before you started commenting about Diyoshi. After finding them and reading them, I don't know why you'd think Dadflower is him, especially since there's no physical description of Diyoshi other than "the first male moonflower," and no real writing about Diyoshi past helping Yurizuki and eventually being swallowed by the Big Bad, barely existing for more than a paragraph. And so, I also don't know why you thought Dadflower's info was Diyoshi's, either.

So, again- Sorry, nope.

Oh, yeah. It's just that his official info hasn't been officially posted yet, but I have the WIP in hand, and when I saw your work, I made a comparison, and a LOT of it was the same.
Just a coincidence, I guess. I hope you know I wasn't accusing you of stealing the idea for Diyoshi
