Description
The VF-7X Sylphide Veritech of the Army of the Southern Cross. I call it 7X because it is an cross between the Southern Cross VF-7 Veritech and the REF Alpha Veritech, and because there's fan art out there of the VF-7. This fighter is based on a number of sources, including the original series, the aforementioned fan art, and educated guesses. The series never had this fighter transform, so to make it transform I had to make several changes to the design. The result is a model that combines the design of the original with the transforming style of the Alpha, while still having some nods to the VF Veritechs of Macross.
