I don't have a sheet yet for some of my other planned characters in the PPG Ghost AU, but here's a little insight with Bliss. She's an adult for the duration of the story.

When Blisstina was a young teen, she was a lab assistant for an intelligent man named Mojo Jonesin. With their town riddled with monsters, Mojo wanted to intentionally create superheroes, a team that could help defend Townsville against all evil. And thus he began to work on various chemicals that could hypothetically create super-powered humans, resulting in failure after failure. Eventually coming up with the composition Chemical W, Mojo and Bliss finally had a formula that could work. But when the test tube babies were made... that's just what they came out as; babies, toddlers. With little control of their bodies, emotions, or abilities, it was obvious they weren't the heroes Townsville needed (at least not yet, eh?). But there they were, alive and young. So as best they could, Bliss and Mojo Jonesin cared for the girls for years on end, teaching them and protecting them.

It was going as well as it could, I suppose. But of course...

They were just naturally unstable. Like Bunny from the original series, they had a time limit before the insurmountable energy in their bodies would literally kill them. They were close to bursting after about 7 years, pushing them to their limits with their emotions as well. They did a lot of terrible things during this time that they never would have otherwise. Things a lot of people can't forgive them for. But in Bliss' case, she and Professor Jonesin still wanted to be there, to guide them as much as possible. And once the burst happened... well, it caused a mass mutation across the town. A group of 5 teens turned green, a seductive hairdresser's hair became sentient, a spotted dog could suddenly talk... and as for Bliss, she contracted Chemical W like it was a disease, putting her through what the Puffs had. As for Mojo, well. His was extreme. Not only did he become ape-like, but his brain swelled, and a desire for power turned him into one of the monsters that he so wanted to stop.

You can imagine why Bliss isn't ecstatic to see the Puffs came back as ghosts. They're not easy to trust, and could burst again just like they once did, at least in her mind. She even moved to Citiesville to get away from it all, and looks for a way to reverse what Chemical W has done to her body and appearance.

Bliss is an antagonist.
