Do you line it with anything so the rubber latex doesn't get all slimy after wearing it for a while?

yes there are small holes with mesh in the front areas. It is concealed within the darker areas.

How pliable is it? I know it should cover most of the head, so I want to be sure it's easy enough to put on and take off. If it's pretty solid, it'll make that really hard...

it's made out of a rubber latex. It's stretchy.

Cool, cause the best method I found for styling was plaster strips, but of course those harden. I had hoped the latex would be easy to get on and off. Thanks for the reply ^^

I think I bought a little thing of latex for 13.00 as Hobby Town. But you can get Latex by the gallon. The price varies depending on the place. I know I can drive over to the local costume shop and get it for $45.00. I alright had paints at the time. The fabric was like 15.00. So I spend (note at the time) 28.00 for make the costume.
