Mia grabbed Adams wrist tightly and sprinted out the door, making Adam stumble at the harsh tug. They left the bedroom, went through the not-so long hallway, and ended up in the living room where she heard a bang, which from her ears, came from the ceiling and was caused by Adam. In response, she grips his wrist a little tighter and gives another little tug, not even looking back, she continues to drag him across the room, with Adam on her heels.

"Mia, calm down a little, we'll get out in time" Adam says in a quiet voice, noticing Mia's actions and picking up that she was worried. As they bust through the first apartment door, Mia speaks in a firm tone as they rush through the hallway.

"Let's just get out of here first, then we can sort this ou-" Mia is cut off by another bang, followed by crumble. She stops instantly and spins on the balls of her feet to look at Adam in shock, now twice the size he was a minute ago, with small pieces of wood around him. She hides her gulp as much as she can, trying to make it look like she knew what she was doing. She looks up from where he lay, he walked right into the arch of the doorway so hard that it the wood on top of it had broke.

"Sometimes I wonder how you even got into collage..." She sighed and motioned him to get up. Not wanting to see his full height, she turned around quickly and ran outside before he stood up.

"Well I'm fine, thanks for asking." Adam mutters as he runs out the apartment, ducking to squeeze through the doorframe. When he stepped outside, reaching ha new height at about 15ft. He looks left and right, bit Mia is nowhere to be seen. She hides when she's upset. I just never know how far. He sighs in his thoughts, and walks left to the building. She'll always go left, doesn't like things to be common or obvious. He says in his head as he jogs to the corner of the building, surprisingly already finding Mia. She is sitting by the wall, her head in her hands, but no sound is coming from her. She hears Adams footsteps and slowly lifts her head, but flinches and scoots a little at the huge sight of Adam.

"Sorry sorry! I'll sit down." He frowns and sits cross legged, tilting his head likeba puppy. Mia can't help but smile at him, but frowns sadly when she speaks.

"I...I don't think I can do it." She mumbled

"Do what?"

".....Fix you...be able to cure you...make you normal again." She swallows and waits for the reaction to hit her.

Adam frowned, very disappointed by the answer. "You can't fix me?!" He gritted his teeth at the word 'fix '. "Why did you let me take it then!" He threw his hands up, startling Mia, but he didn't shout oddly.

Mia bit her lip. "I was trying to stop you, I warned you, but you tricked me and took your own risk." She said firmly, though deep inside she wanted to lash out and scream at him and call him an idiot (even though she does it plenty already).

Adam just sighes and looks away. "I guess, I'm stuck like this... I giant freak." He mutters, bringing his hand down to the soft grass and ripping some grass out slowly, chunk by chunk. 'What was I thinking? ' he thought as he tore another chunk, lifting his head a little, but making a confused face when he saw Mia furrowing a brow at him.

"Adam, you're not growing." She narrows her eyes at him, studying him and coming to the conclusion that he is about 20 feet, though he can grow again since the amount he drank would make him end up much bigger. Adam exchanges an annoyed look and gets up, making Mia stand up too. "Wait, why are you getting up?"

"What does it look like? I need to go home."

Mia laughed mockingly, a stupid thing to do. "And how do you think you're going to get in your apartment? You could grow at any time, what if somebody sees that? The police even?"

Adam glares at her. "Fine, whatever. Just help me out please, what do we have to do?" He sighs, but it's interrupted by a rumble of his stomach. Mia looks up at him.

"Did you drink all of the growth potion?"

"Kind of, but I'd say there's a few drops left, why?"

Mia smiles and points to the forest at the side of her apartment. "Go to the centre forest and keep quiet. I'll come after you, just need to get you some food." She grins and quickly runs into the house. Even though Adam could get himself into trouble by being found, she didn't need to worry, since no one ever went into the forest, there was another that was considered 'better'. She ran into her room grabbing the bowl of pasta and the bottle that Adam drank out of, while thinking about the forest. She had always loved it, one reason she moved there too. She would always be able to go there, just her, nobody else. No one ever goes there, and of they do, it's usually some drunk guy from a nearby bar at night. They'd probably forget the next morning. She left the apartment, quietly and skimmed through the hallway, slowly stepping over the pieces of wood that came from the arch that Adam walked into. She ran to the forest, keeping her things close to her, but nearly dropped it all at the sight of Adam, now the size of the tree he was sitting against.

"Uhm, yeah, I grew again." He chuckles nervously. "So what did you get?"

"The rest of the pasta and the growth potion." She said, now sitting down too, trying not to overwhelm herself over Adam. She puts the bowl on the ground and instead of putting the last few drops in the pasta, she tilts the bowl and puts it on the outside instead.

"Why are you putting it bowl?" Adam asked, thinking it was a silly thing to do.

"I'm doing it because if whatever you grow touches something, it also grows. It's why you're clothes grew with you." She explains, watching the bowl grow, then the pasta. "But the thing the potion touches grows fastest, so if I were to put it on the pasta, it would grow too fast for the bowl and break it." She smiles and scoots back, the bowl growing half her height. "Sorry it's not big enough."

Adam nodds, understanding more about the potion. "It's fine" he then smiles as he picks up the bowl, narrows his eyes at it, and sets it back down turning to the tree behind him. "I'm assuming you didn't have enough for a fork, so..." He breaks off a huge branch, stabbs a few bits of pasta, and eats it. "I'll have to be creative." He grins happily at his accomplishment.

After 10 minutes or so, Adam put his bowl down, finished with his meal. "What now then?" He asks, scratching his head.

"First we can start with hiding that ridiculous bowl." Mia laughs.

"I can fix that." Adam smirks as he takes out a huge pile of soil with his hand, put the bowl in the large hole, and putting the soil back on top of it, patting the edges. "All done." He looks at her and hesitates. "Uh, where will I sleep? Not that I'm sleeping now, but just so I'll know for later.

Mia pulls an awkward face. "Well, I mean since you can grow at any mo-" she stops to see Adam growing bigger than the tree sitting down, and mumbles off track.

Adam chuckles nervously. "I'm sorry, I can't control it"

"I know, it's just going to be difficult for the both of us. And plus, I haven't even seen you standing..." Mia sighs.

"Well I could stand up now if you want. But maybe I'll do it slowly because I know you can get overwh-" Adam is cut off also by Mia shushing him.

"I can't see, but people are coming."

"Can you tell how many?" Adam blurts out nervously.

"5 at the least, Adam they're coming fast." She gulps.

"W-what are we gonna do?" Adam whispers, then widens his eyes when he sees the people coming. He sits up straight, his head poking out of the trees like a sore thumb. One of the people see him, and nearly trips over what looks like a dog. The man shreiks and points up to him, causing the others to do so too.

"Shit! They've saw you! Adam, run!"

Far is in Adam's eyes. "They've spotted you too, and they're not happy."

Before Mia could do anything, the only thing she could see is a huge figure rising up and something swiping to her side, and thrusting her upwards into the air...
