I'm actually really pleased with this design. eweCyberCore!Papyrus complete and he is very much like any regular Papyrus known. Active, wants to be something of greater status but is too kind for his own good. He is skilled when it comes to multiverse clean ups, but when a problem like a virus comes up, he's really clueless how to handle it other than knowing it's bad and something needs to be done about it.
He checks in on Sans a lot, mostly to be sure he's still awake and/or doing his job when on the job. With a high record of steps taken in his life time, he tries to get his brother more active in at least walking more each day. He at times has tried hiding that hover board but it usually doesn't stay hidden. But he keeps trying to encourage the most activity he can from his sibling.
Though CyberCore!Papyrus is a pretty strong anti-virus barer, he doesn't know how to fully use his potential but does the best he can with what he has. Since after all, he believes that anyone can be the strongest if they just try, maybe even being like Undyne one day who is one of the strongest known anti-virus barers CyberCore has to offer.
Even in CyberCore, Papyrus still makes his mean spaghetti dish and wears his own knight-based tech suit around. Though he may not be suitable for the Anti-Viral Guard, he at least does his job well in his Core Cell.
Also I added Temmie in there with Papyrus since Toby was added with Sans.

What do multiverse clean-ups signify? Maybe I'll find out when I look at the other character designs...
That decorated spine is my favorite part of the design! I wonder if more wires can connect to the holes in it?
Maybe when they summon their antivirus powers, wires appear and connect with them so they are really are 'connected' with the universe. Hehe~

And yes, more wires can hook into his spine, mainly used in his Core Cell where wires hook into his nervous system and allow him to project himself into the live-wire binary coding that connects all AU worlds together. Basically like highways where he can tear open each reality for himself to enter. It's actually a very complicated system that runs almost automatic for all CyberCore members, their own senses become copied, their current body status being mimicked into a solid projection of themselves that can't fully make any permanent difference into the AU world they enter unless a soul-transfer is completed.

Oh, I read more and understand what it means now!
The thought of having wires connect directly to my spine somehow sounds like it'd be painful, but maybe I'm thinking about spinal taps @.@ I wonder if any technology on his form is kinda fused to him?
I'm guessing the little core pods that the Cybercore members use to go to other universes are hard to open from the outside? I wonder what would happen if one of the member went to another universe whose time went on differently than theirs? Like, a few weeks there would be only a few hours or something. There are so many universes, I wonder if it's even possible to keep track of them all? Maybe Virus Sans searches for information about their system so he can go into worlds outside their radar, however that is supposed to work.

Oh, no, the wires don't go right into their spines. xD Their spines are reinforced with high-tech sensory systems that read their nervous system when they are plugged into their Core Cells. Their Core Cells are actually wide rooms with doors that slide up and door when being opened. These rooms are dark with only the lights from the wall cords and holographic wide-screens that appear out of nowhere around an anti-gravity pad. I imagine it all very sy-fy and digital looking with the lights in the room matching the color of their power. For Sans, the room would glow blue. <3
